1. The parts installed or covered by O-ring shall be smooth and free of burr, groove and sharp angle. The profile of inner hole shall be 20 milliinch, and that of shaft shall be 10 milliinch.

2. Use clean light oil or grease to coat and lubricate the O-ring surface and its contact parts.

3. If the coated O-ring is difficult to install on the shaft, it can be immersed in hot water for a few minutes to make it expand. This softened and expanded O-ring is easy to install. Install the O-ring when it is hot, and after cooling, its size will return to the original.

4. Do not bend and wrap the O-ring too much, otherwise it will cause Teflon fold and affect the use.
